Note that our sizing chart below indicates GARMENT measurements, not your actual BODY measurements. For a comfortable, relaxed fit your garment needs to measure a little bigger than your body - and you can easily determine how much "comfort" you are used to wearing. Best to lay out a pair of the most comfortable shorts or pants you have and measure them across the widest part (from right sideseam to left sideseam just below the bottom of the fly). Double this number as the "hip measurement" and compare this number to our sizing chart "hips" measurments. Then, simply buy the corresponding size fom the chart below. Typically, if you simply buy the largest size you are currently wearing, you will be comfortable.
